Force of One

Belt TestThe Force of One Martial Arts school, located in Clovis, NM, specializes in Olympic Taekwondo sparring, WTF forms, self-defense, and Korean weapons forms/sparring. Derived from the Korean military, taekwondo has become one of the most popular martial arts in the world. A sport that is popular with people of all ages, taekwondo builds strength, self-esteem, flexibility, stamina, and balance. Force of One Martial Arts brings students a mixture of exercise, competititive sparring, WTF sanctioned forms, self-defense, and weapons training.

Poomse


PoomseA poomse is a performance of a sequence of typical techniques from the martial art, either with or without the use of a weapon. This sequence is sometimes called "imaginary fighting" as it involves pre-determined and choreographed routines, sequences and patterns which resemble real combat, but are artistically non-combative or cooperative.

Sparring


Free SparringSparring may include 3-, 2- and 1-step sparring, free-style, arranged, and point sparring, and other types.

 

 

 

Board Breaking
